Acupuncture is one aspect of medicine developed in China. This ancient practice is endorsed by the World Health Organization for it's effectiveness in many chronic diseases. Acupuncture uses small needles to stimulate points on the body that have specific functions for bringing balance to body, mind and spirit. Along with Acupuncture there are many complimentary treatments that help facilitate healing like herbal formulas, tui na, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, infrared heat and auricular therapy.

(She/Her/Hers) DACM, LAc

Dr. Melissa Romahn has 19 years experiences as an Holistic Health Practitioner using Reiki, essential oils, Traditional Thai Medical Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Neuro-Muscular Therapy. Recently she graduated from the DACM program at Pacific College of Health and Science and is a licensed Acupuncturist in California. She is able to bring all that experience with bodywork and combine it with Chinese Medicine to help her patients with their health care challenges in a family practice setting. Besides family practice Cosmetic Acupuncture is her other specialty.
